INSTRUCTIONS:
For the Nicoise dressing:
- Add everything but the oil to a bowl.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while wicking constantly to form an emulsion.
- Season with salt and pepper.
To Build
- Add the greens to the bottom of a plate and top with half of the dressing.
- Top with each component making sure to do the scallions and radish last.
- Finish with the salt and pepper.
