INGREDIENTS
- 6ea Eggs, blended
- 6 tbsp Vegan butter
- 4 tbsp Vegan Cream cheese
- 8 Slices Vegan American cheese
- 2 Brioche bun
- Salt
- White pepper
- Piment d'Espelette
Ludo à la Maison Season 12 Episode 3: Breakfast Sandwich
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make two sandwiches
- Heat the butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Brush half of it over the cut side of each bun.
- Add the egg to the remaining butter along with the espelette and season with salt and white pepper.
- Whisk constantly until they have set in small curds and are beginning to look dry,
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the cream cheese.
- Add the american cheese to the top and bottom of the bun and toast in the oven at 390 until melted. and plate the eggs on the bottom.
- Add the cooked eggs and the top bun and heat in the oven until crunchy. (About 3 min)
- Remove and serve.
